Our pump class here at Vitality is a full body workout using barbells weights and a step. Each track is designed to hit a different muscle group so you’ll get an intense entire body burn. If your goal is to tone up and build some lean muscle then this is the class for you.
- PUMP FIT
Spin class is a great workout burning up to 600 calories. It focuses on endurance, strength, intervals and high intensity sprints and recovery that use a stationary bike.
- BOOT CAMP
This type of class varies each session and involves different exercises and training methods. Its set up in a circuit and involves exercises such as push ups, burpees, plyometric moves and explosive exercises.
- LEGS, BUMS & TUMS (LBT)
This class is designed to target tricky areas. Its great if your goal is to improve your stamina and overall fitness. Its a class that will hit mainly your lower body followed by intense Ab exercises to work on your core strength.
A 30-minute High Intensity Interval Training class that involves no equipment and high impact moves such as jumping jacks, sprints, press ups and high knee runs.
The main aim of this class is to increase flexibility and balance. Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual discipline. Its a great class to relieving stress and relaxing.
- YOGABILITYYogability is a whole body strength and flexibility exercise which increases flexibility and mobility, whilst maintaining strength. Yogability aims to relate movements to specific sports or activities. Yogability focuses on specific movement to increase flexibility, mobility, balance, muscle strength and body awareness. It assists in injury prevention whist enabling form and function. Initially created for people who didn’t necessarily like yoga but needed it. A mix of yoga, mobility, movement, balance and body weight exercises – it’s yoga without too much zen!
A weight training class using a ‘Kettlebell weight’. We will give you a full body workout that targets upper and lower body with various different workout and recovery times.
- STEP FIT
Choreographed class that involves a ‘Step’. All in time with the music and its main aim is to improve your cardiovascular fitness.
- ABS BLAST
30 Minutes of pure abdominal work. Our instructors will ensure your core is screaming and carved out of iron by the time you leave the class.
Circuit training is a modern form of high-intensity aerobics which targets strength building and endurance. The term ‘circuit’ refers to one completion of all the exercises in the training programme. When you complete a circuit, you then being the first exercise again for the next circuit. With a short time between exercises in circuit training, studies show that this type of class is the most time efficient way to enhance cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance.
