    Our Fitness Bootcamp programmes are designed to help you build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1 hour time period. Incorporating a range of interval training activities, from stretching and running, to weights and TRX, and including pushups, sit-ups and high intensity routines, our Bootcamp classes are sure to get fit and healthy or help you to lose weight.

  • BOXING BLITZ

    Boxing Blitz is a relatively recent exercise concept based on the sport of boxing. Using a range of techniques adapted from the same training routines used by amateur and professional boxers, these classes include group exercise, warm-ups, and working with partners using gloves and pads to perform boxing combinations. Alongside an intense circuit, this combination is certain to raise your pulse. This class is popular with both men and women alike.

  • PILATES
    Stay motivated

    One of the more popular and well-known systems practiced through out the world today, Pilates aims to improve your physical fitness and flexibility, build strength and develop control and endurance for the entire body. With an emphasis on alignment, breathing, core strength, and coordination, there is evidence to show that Pilates can also improve general health issues, such as lower back pain.

  • LADIES ONLY

    Designed to be a lower intensity class for females specifically. This class is aimed at ensuring correct movement through a variety of different movement planes to ensure suppleness, good range of movement, general cardiovascular health and longevity.

  • CIRCUITS
    Frequently asked health and fitness questions

    Circuit training is a modern form of high-intensity aerobics which targets strength building and endurance. The term ‘circuit’ refers to one completion of all the exercises in the training programme. When you complete a circuit, you then being the first exercise again for the next circuit. With a short time between exercises in circuit training, studies show that this type of class is the most time efficient way to enhance cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance.

  • KETTLERCISE®

    Kettlebell exercises help build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs and shoulders, and also helps to increase grip strength. Using a range of high-repetition basic movements such as the swing, snatch, and the clean and jerk, the exercises mimic real world activities such as shovelling or heaving lifting. Following the Kettlercise fitness programme, our instructors will help you build muscle endurance, strengthen joints, improve mobility, and increase your range of motion.

  • TRX
    Fight Obseity

    TRX (also known as Total Resistance eXercise) is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to help you develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. TRX requires the use of specialist equipment which has been developed based on research from the military, professional sports, and academic institutions.

  • AB BLAST

    30 Minutes of pure abdominal work. Our instructors will ensure your core is screaming and carved out of iron by the time you leave the class.

  • BODY & MIND
    Training after three months

    Developed for everyone from the infirm to the keen gym rat this class is aimed at ensuring plenty of time is spent on stretching and movement within all planes of motion. Helping clients to overcome injuries, poor movement patterns or just an hour of chill out and stretching.

  • HIGH-INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING
    Exercise makes you happy

    This class is not for the faint-hearted! High-intensity interval training (also known as HIIT), is a cardiovascular exercise method consisting of short periods of intense anaerobic sessions alternating with less-intense recovery periods. These classes will help you improve your athletic capacity and condition, and is an extremely effective way of treating high-cholesterol or helping to lose weight. It is also known to help improve muscle and bone mass.

  • PUMP

    A high intensity barbell class run by an instructor with twenty years of experience in the industry is sure to get you sweating. A full body workout that is sure to maximize your results from minimum time in the gym.
